Sohamy's women empowerment session get togethers are amazing, truly open, honest discussions that are enlightening and always a safe space! I feel incredibly safe and welcomed feel like I can express my feelings without the need to hide anything. Sohamy's communication style is effective and very respectful. Everyone that attended are always so nice and understanding. I've learned so much about myself and how to develop healthy strategies & communication skills for myself moving forward!

Miss Pinard is kind, compassionate, and thorough. She has helped me tremendously in the past year that I’ve seen her — I couldn’t be more appreciative of her care and guidance. Highly recommend!!

Ms Pinard was courteous and kind. She displayed great professionalism. During our sessions, she always challenged me, not to mentioned the homework. I will never forget when she suggested that I watch El Canto to see which one of the characters was relatable. I learned so much from our sessions. Today I’m still healing and making progress.
